Registration is only valid once the registration fee for the competition has been transferred to our bank account and participation has been confirmed by us via e-mail.
The general registration deadline is Saturday, February 1, 2025, 12 p.m.
Registrations will be handled on a “first paid, first served” basis.
For requests for changes or cancellations after registration has closed, please email: registration@kraulquappen.at. Changes and cancellations will also only become valid after they have been confirmed by e-mail.
In case of cancellation, the participation fees will be refunded as follows:
- Refund for cancellation until 31 December: 100%.
- Refund for cancellations up to the “general registration deadline”: 50%.
- Refund for cancellations after the “general registration deadline”: 0%.
- Refund in case of illness with sports ban (doctor’s certificate) until Thursday before the tournament: 100%.
In case of non-attendance or cancellation of the event due to force majeure, there is no claim for reimbursement of the entry fee, other expenses or damages.
The event will take place on the basis of the current Corona regulations of the federal government and the state/city. However, further participation, hygiene or safety regulations may be imposed by the organiser. Furthermore, restrictions for athletes from certain regions cannot be ruled out at a later date.
In any case, we recommend flexible travel and hotel bookings. The general instructions and the special instructions of the supervisors must be followed without fail. Each participant is responsible for the necessary personal protection and hygiene equipment.
With the registration it is assured that the entry pack of the swimming tournament has been read and that the specifications and rules are agreed to. By registering for the competition, the participant also assures that he/she is in a sufficient state of training and is in a suitable physical and mental condition to take part in the competition. The organiser accepts no liability in the event of illness or accident. It is acknowledged that it is the competitor’s own responsibility to take out suitable travel, health, accident and liability insurance.
The organiser accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to personal valuables or personal injury.
